# Recordings

The calls of a voicebot project: find a call, read its transcript and play or download the recording.

**Operate** › **Recordings** lists the phone calls of the project – inbound and outbound alike.

## Find a call

* Choose the time range: **1 hour**, **24 hours**, **All** or a **Custom** range.
* **Search by call ID** finds one call. While you search, the time range switches to **All**.
* Filter and sort the columns – **Call ID**, **Version**, **Date**, **Start**, **End**, **Duration**, **Direction**, **User** and **Bot** – with the menu in the column header.

## Transcript and recording

Click the icon in the **Transcript** column to open the call. The dialog shows the transcript of the conversation and a player.

* The **transcript** is always available.
* The **recording** exists only if **Record calls** was turned on when the version was deployed – see [Deploy Project](/digital-agent/workspace/deploy-project.md#general). Without it, you see the transcript only.
* The audio is loaded only when you need it: when you start the playback, click a phrase in the transcript (the player jumps to it) or download the recording.

Recordings and transcripts contain personal data of your callers. Download them only when you need them, and store them according to your data protection rules.
