# User feedback

This module is for noting individual audio records or texts in the player for the dashboards users. You can configure the questions in the Evaluate button.

### Configuration and management

On-screen elements:

* **+ Text Evaluation**: button for opening new grouped fields below:
  * **Question**: input field. Its value is visible on the right **Preview** side of the screen, above the **Answer** field.
  * **Answer**: preview only field
  * Bin icon: for removing both the question and the related answer fields
* **+ Evaluation by selection of values**: button opens new grouped fields below:
  * **Question**: input field. Its value is visible on the right **Preview** side of the screen, above the two options.
    * Bin icon: for removing the question and all related options
  * **Option 1**: input field. Its value is visible on the right **Preview** side of the screen, below the **Question** name.
    * Bin icon: for removing the option
  * **Option 2**: input field. Its value is visible on the right **Preview** side of the screen, below the **Option 1** name.
    * Bin icon: for removing the option
  * **+ Add option**: link for adding a new option underneath the existing ones
* **Save**: floating button for saving the settings to User feedback

### Editing saved evaluation items

* For a saved item, the **Question** text is locked.
* Selection **Options** remain editable.
* Use the Bin icon to delete an item. Responses already saved for a removed item can still appear in the player as outdated evaluations.

### Evaluate a record

The workflow is available in both Audio and Text/Email players:

1. Open a processed record in **Player**.
2. Select **Evaluate**.
3. Enter a text answer or choose one of the configured values, depending on the question type.
4. Save the evaluation.
