# Dashboards

In this module, you can create and manage Kibana dashboards that display analyzed data.

**Analyse** › **Dashboards** lists the Kibana dashboards of the project as tiles – the project's own dashboards together with the organization-wide dashboards.

On-screen elements:

* **Search dashboards**: filters the tiles by name.
* Sort button: orders the tiles.
* **Add**: opens the **Add dashboard** dialog:
  * **Name**: input field for the dashboard name
  * **Dashboard should be visible to whole organization**: switch for making the dashboard available to the whole organization
  * **Save**: creates the dashboard
* **Dashboard tile**: shows the dashboard name followed by the project name in brackets. Click it to open the Kibana dashboard inside Studio. **Back to list** returns to the tiles.
* **Assign Digital Agent** on a tile (users with edit rights): choose a Digital Agent project for the dashboard. **Search projects** finds the projects you have access to; only projects whose latest version is trained are offered. The dashboard then opens with that agent's chat bubble, always on the project's latest version. **Disconnect** removes the agent. When the latest version is not trained or the project is no longer available, the tile says so and no bubble starts. Viewers see the assigned agent but cannot change it.
* **Pencil icon** on a tile (users with edit rights):
  * **Edit dashboard**: opens the dashboard in Kibana edit mode, where you add and arrange the charts.
  * **Upload image**: sets the picture of the tile – `.jpeg`, `.png`, `.svg` or `.webp`, up to 80 MB.
