# 4. Data visualisation (dashboard)

Show the results of the analysis in a Kibana dashboard.

1. Open **Analyse** › **Dashboards**.
2. Click **Add**.
3. Enter the dashboard **Name**. Switch on **Dashboard should be visible to whole organization** if colleagues in other projects should see it.
4. Click **Save**. The dashboard appears as a tile, named after the dashboard and the project.
5. Open the dashboard's menu (pencil icon) and choose **Edit dashboard** to add charts of your parameters in Kibana.

Click a dashboard to open it; **Back to list** returns to the list. More in [Dashboards](/insights/workspace/analyse/dashboards.md).

That's it – your project analyses every new record and the dashboard shows the results. Next, you can:

* refine the analysis with [categories](/insights/workspace/design/categories.md) and prompt [conditions](/insights/workspace/design/prompts.md),
* choose which metadata the player shows in [Analyse › Settings](/insights/workspace/analyse/settings.md),
* pass the records to a Digital Agent flow with a [Flow connector](/insights/building-new-projects/add-a-flow-connector.md).
